TEAM AND PLAYER
RESTRICTIONS

Each Team Is Allowed 3 So Call Upper Division Players
But Must Have Prior Permission from A&V on Players
(Not Day Of Tournament)

Players can play with another team in same division & qualify on that team

Players can qualify on 2 division teams

Players can play in other divisions if they get permission ahead of time
(Not Day of Tournament)

Players can request to be removed from a lower team 
And added to an upper team in an other division
(Not Day of Tournament)

Teams can adjust their rosters and play in an upper division
And try to Qualify for a Special Tournaments

Teams can be asked to play in an upper division
But still maintains all rights to their original division

Teams can adjust their rosters prior to a Special Tournament
Can Make Player Changes
But Must Notify A&V of Player Changes
Also
 Must Play a Tournament Prior To That Special Tournament
